Employment Application

It is the goal of Bren-Mark Window Cleaning to provide a work place free from the effects of drug and alcohol abuse. Our company policy requires:

Pre-employment: All new employees must submit to and successfully complete a drug screen

Random testing: All employees are placed in a pool and will be notified by mail when their name has been selected. The test must be completed per BCRC rules.

Probable cause: An employee will be sent to a drug/alcohol test after a work related injury defined as serious or a vehicle/equipment accident causing $1,000 or more in damage.

Please do not complete this application if you cannot pass a drug screen, or if you cannot comply with this policy.
