From start to finish, it was a friendly and professional process. I located this company in an ad in the Times. I called and made an appointment for an individual to come out and give me an estimate. He showed up on time, was friendly, and gave me a reasonable quote for their services. I scheduled for the work to be done that day. On the day of work, the cleaner, Marlon, was on time, extremely friendly, and described what he would be doing, and what I could expect at the completion of the job. I must shamefully admit our windows had not been properly washed for several years. We live in a two story home and I find it harder and harder each year to climb the ladder up the higher windows. When Marlon finished, I was absolutely amazed at how clean the windows, window sills, and screens were. No streaks either!!! Great job Marlon! All in all, it was a wonderful experience. I have already scheduled another wash in late Fall. I highly recommend Bren-Mark to any one needing this type of service.
