I had an estimate done for gutter cleaning, gutter leaf covers, and window cleaning (to remove smoke residue from previous owner). There was a little bit of confusion about the date and time of the estimate, but it all worked out well The owner came himself and provided me with an estimate. By accident, one of the ladders broke a window in the porch. The owner not only cleaned up the broken glass, taped up the window, and called a referral company to have the window replaced at his cost. He was very polite, professional, and apologetic. He even cleaned my gutters on the spot at not cost to me because he felt so badly about the broken window. He provided excellent custom service. I am having them back out to clean my windows in a few weeks!
